Tres satisfaite Le délai de livraison était un peu long(10jours) mais l article valait l attente très belle boucle d oreille je ne m en sépare pas et je les recommande.

De plus je ne peut pas mettre du toc à mes oreilles sinon j'attrape des infections ! Cela fait 1 mois que j'ai commander la paire de boucle d'oreille et depuis je les portes toujours et je n'ai aucune allergie avec 😁😍 .

Cute earrings I received the earrings quickly considering I am in Germany. They were smaller than I expected, and one post was completely bent, but it was easily manipulated back into place. I am very sensitive to earrings, but these didn't make me itch or break out at all. Loved them, and I'm looking forward to trying out other pieces.

Yes, shipping is free on every order, worldwide, with tracking. For international orders, duties and taxes are included at checkout, so there is nothing to pay on delivery.
Can I return or exchange my piece?
You have 30 days from delivery to send back an unworn piece in its original box. If it is returned within 14 days, you will be refunded the price you paid; from day 15 to day 30, a 20% processing fee will be deducted. Exchanges (size, colour, style) carry no processing fee. Return shipping is at your expense, and personalised pieces can't be returned unless faulty.
Can I give it as a gift straight away?
Yes: your piece arrives in its Brother & Sisters gift box, ready to give.
What does the lifetime warranty cover?
It covers manufacturing defects for life. It does not cover damage caused by misuse: chemicals, chlorine, bleach, knocks or pulling. Just email us with your order number.
